STORY WRITTING ACTIVITY

Story writing activity was an activity where we had to write 25 stories, but thinking off the grid and being creative. One of the crazy activity till date but a wonderful one to remember.
Again a wonderful activity we have to write 25 stories from unusual 10  words. Following are the 10 words from which we have to make stories:-

1)CYCLE

2)GRASSHOPPER

3)ROBOT

4)BURGER

5)PRESSURE COOKER

6)PIMPLE

7)TREE

8)GARBAGE BIN 

9)SLIPPERS

10)RED UNDERWEAR

While making the first story it was quite simple. But as when it comes to 25 stories..it becomes difficult and my all concepts with these characters were becoming very harsh to use them all in one story then I started making irrelevant stories which was not good as my first 8 stories.After writing some 12-15 stories, my mind cant think beyond , in other way I cant write any more of it.

 LEARNING FROM THE ACTIVITY

In this activity, we learned to think beyond from our limit.

And increase our thinking ability and being patient because it will help us in future.

TOY MAKING ACTIVITY

One of the best activity in my opinion .

In this we have to collect some scraps from the outside like

1) used containers

2) any  flexible string

3) one masking tape

4) one thread roll

5) and something which looks fancy

 For collecting this we were given 20 minutes,and there will be a group of 3 people doing this activity, and each one of u have to get that scraps so as a whole we collected 9 items..out of which we have to use 5 items and we are told to make a toy out of them and all the material should have some working function in the toy.

So we start thinking to make a toy, first of all we make a drum ,which was rejected by the sir because all the parts are having some working function in it .so we tried two more time but we failed.

 - LEARNING FROM ACTIVITY

In this we learned that we can make anything out of the scrap just we have to think differently and see the things differently and arrange them accordingly to make a working toy.

CASTLE MAKING

We were asked to bring marshmallow , spaghetti , tape , strings etc.

We were divided in a group of eight to ten people where we had to work as a team and make a castle out of these materials. The aim was to construct a standing structure which should be tall and should not fall even when left on its own.

We were given a duration for about 10-15 mins to make the castle.All of us get to work but as soon as we start to work we find it very difficult. As we make our first level n try to get to make second the first one get destroyed. And we realized a lot of planning and discipline was required. We make a leader among one of us and start to work once again and then we realise that it require lots of corporation ,coordination , general understanding .

And after completing the work we get know that for building any structure or building we must require a strong base on which the building or a structure can stand easily. 

 

 LEARNING FROM ACTIVITY

We learned that for any kind of organisational work or any other kind of work the BASE has to be strong.

if we want to run an organisation then first we have to keep our base strong so that the organisation can stand easily and run properly.

QUESTION ANSWER ACTIVITY

In this activity we get some really interesting 3 questions from sir

Questions are  :-

Q. If you didn't know how old you were, how old would you really be?

For me age doesnt matter because i dont know how old i really am for enjoying life to fullest.

Q. If you knew that you would be dead at 12 am, what would you be doing at 11:45 pm ?

I would definitely spend my time with my parents and family and my dear and near once.

Q. If you died and went to heaven's gates, what would you say to god, why should you be let inside heaven?

A. seriously if i say the truth its that I fell that i have not done so many of good things in my life that i m getting the chance to get into the heaven ,just the one thing that i got birth from the worlds best mom and dad.so i keep this decision to god that they will let me in or not to heaven.

OBSERVATION

The aim was to open up one’s mind as to sit and observe and be sensitive to all the things happening around. We should be aware of our surroundings and mind should be open all the time.  we learn to  observe the things in a new and different way. The first observation which the sir gave us in class to complete the observation task in around 1 hour and we all the students were supposed to sit at different places. then we used to sit at different places for around 1 hour and started observing things happening around us and  i filled around 2-3 pages observing things there. but the surroundings were getting changed and after half an hour the situation was completely different. Following is my first observation, i wrote half of my observation just to show you an example of this activity:-

i observed there is an ice cream seller in front of me,cars are parked here. on my opposite there is a red color building, many auto rikshaws are standing unnecessary, auto drivers are fighting with each other  for the parking place, they are abusing.college girls are walking around,carrying their work. on the other side , next to the red building there is all the industrial area, labors are working, trucks are coming. goods are being loaded into the truck by the labors.on my back there is a guard house, guards are asking the students for their i cards. am sitting under a big tree. now, lots of cars are struck because of the trucks.

After completing my first observation, i was feeling very good that i observed so many new things which i haven't noticed earlier and after this i did this activity at my home place also as sir gave us the homework to try this at home and i did this same activity for a week and i daily used to sit for half an hour and start observing things happening around me.

this was a great activity and i learned how to observe things in the world. Now, i am habitual for observing new things now.
